Private Training
  • A 15-MINUTE POST-WORKOUT MYOFASCIAL STRETCH FOR IMPROVED MOBILITY

Our most popular service, Private Training Clients achieve the most dramatic results in the shortest period of time. Included in this appointment is 45 minutes of intense training followed by 15 minutes of myo-fascial stretching. Schedule at reoccurring times, or whenever it is most convenient. The optimal number of sessions per week is three, with a recommended minimum of two. Appointments are sold in packages, and include monthly re-assessments using the InBody Scale and evaluating your progress, new training protocols adapted to your progress.

Our best private training value, and similar to our 60-minute Training sessions, save money by sharing one of our coaches with up to one other client. Due to the nature of shared time, scheduling may be limited. Appointments are sold in packages, and include 4-6 week re-assessments, new monthly training protocols, and nutrition plans adapted to your progress.
