Our most popular service, Private Training Clients achieve the most dramatic results in the shortest period of time.  Schedule at reoccurring times, or whenever it is most convenient. The optimal number of sessions per week is three, with a recommended minimum of two. Appointments are sold in packages, and include monthly re-assessments using the InBody Scale and evaluating your progress, new training protocols adapted to your progress.

Our best private training value, and similar to our 60-minute training sessions, save money by sharing one of our coaches with another friend.  Partner training helps motivate each other during the workout and after the workout.  A little camaraderie can keep you focused in the gym and outside the gym to strive for your goals.  Appointments are sold in packages, and include 4-6 week re-assessments, new monthly training protocols, and nutrition plans adapted to your progress.
